At 5.30 pm on Monday 9 March 2015 at the Virgin Active Gym on the corner of Main and Nichol roads I died.

To say it was a shock is an understatement. But what it did give me was another chance – an opportunity to restructure my beliefs, hopes and aspirations. Nothing seems quite as important as it used to.
